1. The Connectivity Outline
On the whiteboard, we see how a single central device (the smartphone) branches out to meet various human needs:
Visual Communication: Represented by the camera and photo icons.
Expression and Audio: Where music and entertainment come to life.
Logistics and Time: Clock and location icons that organize our daily routine.
Brands often fail because they focus only on the “finished post” and forget the draft strategy. Since people, as we saw before, are immersed in their own interest bubbles, your message needs a clear purpose to “break through” that barrier. The chalk drawing symbolizes that strategy should be flexible, tested, and designed before execution.
When we look at the team working around the laptop in our artistic collage, we see the plan being executed. The “skeleton” drawn in chalk gains color, reactions, and human engagement once it reaches the end user.
Technology is complex, but the foundation is simple: it’s about connecting the dots. Whether through a photo, a song, or an email message, the goal is always the same: to generate a human reaction.
